The requirements are:
Fluent in English and Spanish
At least two years of insurance experience needed
Must possess a clear phone voice, excellent communication skills, and an outstanding work ethic.
Should be detail-oriented and have good basic office skills, multi-task
98% of the interaction with the clients is over the phone
Familiar with the Office suite (word, excel)
Drug-free workplace, Criminal Background check required
